Speaking at the gathering, Joykishan pointed out that the Imphal Sewerage Project still remains incomplete in Thangmeiband A/C .
He went on to ask as to why the same project is not taken up in the home constituencies of the Chief Minister and other key Ministers if the project is a pilot project.
As soon as any road development programme is taken up within Thangmeiband A/C, the Congress Government would start digging roads on one pretext or the other, he added.
Nonetheless, he pledged that he would repair all roads of Thangmeiband A/C.He further promised community halls at all localities provided the Government allots necessary lands.
On the other hand, fellow BJP MLA Thongam Bishwajit was accorded a warm reception at Kongba Nandeibam Leikai under the aegis of the Kongba Nandeibam Leikai Development Committee 5/37 .
Th Bishwajit, former Vice-Principal of TG Higher Secondary School Sh Lokendro, BJP Manipur Pradesh executive member RK Ranjan and Ucheckon Nongchup Gram Panchayat Pradhan W Birla attended the gathering as presidium members.

Saying that he is able to serve the public because of people's blessing, Bishwajit asserted that the State has been suffering on account of the Congress Government's selfish attitude and parochial outlook.
