The Sadar Hills Autonomous District Council has asserted that the success of BJP’s slogan 'Go to Hills' will be realised only when the District Council Act, 2008 Amendment is fully implemented .
Addressing the media during a conference tody at his Gamnom-Sapormeina residence, Lunthang Haokip, Executive Member ADC Sadar Hills extolled the BJP Government for its initiative in bringing equal and transparent development in the hills and valley for collective growth of all sections .
The 'Go to Hills' or 'Ching Chatlo' slogan of Chief Minister N Biren Singh, introduction of Tribal Leader's Day and Meeyamgi Numit, financial assistance to Persons with Disability and poor people for proper medical treatment are some of the commendable initiatives taken up by the BJP Government in the last six months, he added .
