Dr Ranjan opens mini theatre

For the first time in the State, a mini theatre powered by virtual reality technology was opened at the Sangaithel Park this evening by Lok Sabha MP Dr RK Ranjan.
Speaking to media persons by the sideline of the inaugural ceremony, Dr Ranjan said that the mini theatre would be a source of entertainment as well as learning for people who come to the park for recreation.
The theatre would also help create innovative ideas among the visitors apart from informing them that other States have achieved high level of technological advancement, said the MP.
The Sangaithel Park director Khagemba Sanabam said that nowadays both entertainment and learning heavily depend on technology.
He said that the mini theatre was opened with the primary objective of providing technology-based entertainment to visitors to the park.
Four virtual reality dynamic capsule seats procured from Guangzhao, China have been installed in the mini theatre.
Thesecapsule seats contain 188 games and they are compatible for installing more games.
High end roller coasters and virtual reality movies can be watched from these special seats, Khagemba added.
