Imphal, November 14 2015 :
One Wahengbam Sanatombi, a consumer of Misao Gas Agency, Chingmeirong has fervently appealed to the concerned authorities to deliver refills in time rather than transferring subsidy amounts to bank account repeatedly while no refill was taken.
The consumer bearing consumer number CX28696386 said, "I'm not pleased by transfer of subsidy amount repeatedly to my bank account.
I would rather appeal to the concerned authorities to address the chronic problem of waiting for months before issuing a single refill" .
Sanatombi made her latest booking on July 3 this year and she got her refill on November 2.Subsidy amount of Rs 247.10 was transferred to her bank account on November 5 .
Strangely, before she got the refill, subsidy amounts were transferred to her bank account twice on October 1 and 3 .
"It took me by total surprise when LPG subsidy was transferred to my account, not once but twice while I was waiting for maturity of my booking date", she said.
One Laishram Kiran (consumer no.20624), a former consumer of Zingsho Gas whose LPG connection has been transferred to Misao Gas Agency said that he is keenly looking forward to IOC's new initiative of upgrading all existing single-cylinder connections to double-cylinder connections.
He also highlighted all the difficulties they faced in the last 10 years as a single-cylinder consumer.
"At the time of connection, I was told that another cylinder would be given very soon but no second cylinder has been issued till date though it has been over 10 years since the connection was made", Kiran said.
