Dr Nimaichand promises BJP Govt

Former Minister and BJP Manipur Pradesh spokesman Dr Nimaichand has exuded confidence that BJP would secure majority in the Assembly election and form a corruption-free and transparent Government in the State.
Speaking to media persons at Major Khul today, Dr Nimaichand Luwang said that BJP's electioneering activities have been intensified with the names of 58 candidates already announced.
BJP will score a thumping victory in the forthcoming Assembly election and it would be able to deliver good governance to the people of Manipur, Dr Nimaichand claimed.
He said that he would take pro-active role in the party's efforts to ensure victory of as many BJP candidates as possible.
Notably, Dr Nimaichand has been already named BJP candidate in Andro AC.
He recalled that he was elected to the Manipur Legislative Assembly from Wangkhem AC five times.
"I would extend all possible assistance to ensure that the BJP candidate fighting in Wangkhem AC emerge victorious", he continued.
He further clarified that neither he nor any of his workers took part in an election meeting held at the residence of a candidate who was seeking BJP ticket but was denied at the end.
He added that he was at Delhi when the particular meeting was held.
