Myanmar authority continue to close its gate putting a complete halt to the border trade following the recent shoot out taken place inside their territory as well as blast triggered yesterday evening.
Report said that even though Indian authority keeps the gate open, the Myanmar authority closed the Gate No..2Source said the Myanmar authority is reviewing security measures in the wake of a shootout incident inside their territory on the day before yesterday, where a leader of armed group belonging to KCP was killed and also on the triggering of a bomb yesterday evening at around 7.55 pm near Muslim Basti of Moreh at the "No Man's Land' along India-Myanmar Border, opposite Border Pillar No 79 .
Even as there were no human casualties, the Myanmar authority takes the matter dead serious.
Following the development Myanmar authority has called a meeting with the Indian authority tomorrow at Tamu in Myanmar.
The meeting will be attended by Chandel DC, Moreh ADC, ASP and custom authority, a source said.
