Noting that Manipur has beautiful landscape and salubrious climate, the Tourism Minister lamented that most of the spots with immense potential for tourism remain unexploited due to lack of acumen and absence of modern amenities and facilities.
The 10 day long festival which would continue till May 9 is being participated by around 100 youth.
The festival would feature trekking Leimaton range, boating at Loktak lake, rock climbing, seminar on adventure tourism and indigenous food festival.
