Imphal, October 27 2021:
Pointing out that young people have a huge role to play in the development of a society and a country, intending candidate from Patsoi AC Wahengbam Dineshchandra urged the people especially the youth to elect only the sincere candidates who can help bring progress in Patsoi AC.
A one day youth political analysis programme was organised under the supervision of W Dineshchandra at Patsoi Part-II Makha Leikai community hall on Wednesday.
Speaking at the programme, Dineshchandra noted that the young people play a crucial role in the development of a society and a country and as such, the youth of the state should take a proactive role in the upcoming electoral process and elect only the sincere candidates.
Stating that Patsoi AC seems to be bereft of most of the welfare programmes introduced by the BJP government, the intending candidate said that the people need to think how to include the constituency in the new development map of the BJP government.
For this, the people need to wake up and elect the candidates who can help develop the constituency, he reiterated.
In his speech, BJYM Ma-nipur Pradesh president M Barish Sharma said that the people are well aware of the huge development ushered in the state by the BJP government in the last 4 years.
It would not be wrong to say that BJP has put an end to the VIP culture and the party is always standing for the people, he asserted.
Barish then urged the youth of Patsoi to take part in BJYM's efforts to realise the PM's vision of making the youth the backbone of the country.
He went on to say that obtaining the party's ticket is dependent upon the people, adding that the people's voting rights cannot be taken away by force.
"Only the youth can bring change to this state", he stressed.
