Unused land, building of MTDC inspected

Noney, June 23 2021:
MTDC chairman Gin-suanhau Zou on Wednesday visited Longmai village in Noney district and inspected the unused land and building of MTDC which was earlier a coffee farm.
He was accompanied by chief engineer and managing Director of MTDC during the inspection.
Later, the MTDC chairman along with officials had a discussion with Noney deputy commissioner (DC) Robert Singh Kshetrimayum and SDO Namlalung Gangmei at the office chamber of the DC.
Ginsuanhau Zou also inspected and assessed the work progress of the ongoing construction of Multipurpose Cultural Complex at Longmai Part-3, Noney which was funded by North Eastern Council (NEC) and MTDC as the work agency.
The multipurpose complex is targeted to be completed by July this year with a project cost of more than Rs 5 crore.
The MTDC chairman and his team also joined a mass tree plantation drive at Longmai Part-1 as part of Balidan Diwas and birth anniversary of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.
Gaidon Kamei, BJP leader and special invitee State Executive Committee BJP Manipur Pradesh, also participated in the plantation drive.
