BJP launches residential training programme
No connection with seized fertilisers: Minister Biswajit

A three-day residential training programme organised BJP Manipur Pradesh, Training Department commenced from Friday at Royal Academy of Law, Oinam.
Speaking as chief guest of the inauguration function, agriculture minister Th Biswajit clarified that the three truckloads of fertilisers seized recently in Churachandpur district were not among the urea consignment procured by the state government.
As such the seized fertilisers have been handed over to the Customs department for further investigation, he said.
With regard to the training programme, the minister stated that it is being organised to inculcate good ideas among the BJP workers (Karakartas).so that they could contribute towards the betterment of the society.
The activities of different leaders of India and their ideas will be discussed during the residential programme, he said, adding that the training programme will also include discussion on the Agnipath recruitment scheme.
Stating that BJP is becoming more powerful because the workers strictly follow its ideology, the minister maintained that the party is one of the most popular political parties in the world along with claiming that since BJP came to power, it has brought developmental changes and reshaped the country into a new Bharat.
While stressing that a stable government is a must for good governance, he said BJP is a party that sacrifices itself in the services of the people and as such has been working to solve poverty and unemployment issues.
BJP is formed by karyakartas and without them there will be no BJP, he maintained.
A photo gallery of martyrs was also inaugurated and a booklet related to the training released during the function, which was attended by BJP Manipur Pradesh vice president L Meenabanta, Thanga MLA T Robindro, Kumbi MLA S Premchand, Oinam ex-MLA L Radhakishore Khuman, BJP Manipur Pradesh former president Sh Shantikumar Sharma, BJP Kishan Morcha president Kh Nabakumar and BJP Bishnupur District president RK Bimola as presidium members.
