Body kept at RIMS for identification

Imphal, May 07 2022:
A team of Gamnom Saparmeina police station has recovered a partially decomposed body of an unidentified male from the bathroom of one Ngamminlun Kipgen, son of Tongpu Kipgen of Kontam village, Kangpokpi district and kept it at RIMS Morgue on Friday for identification and post mortem examination.
In a release, Gamnom Saparmeina police station OC appealed to all concerned to help identify the deceased person who is said to be 170 cm (5.5 feet) tall, fair complexion, oval face with brown and curly hair and slight brown beard.
The deceased was found wearing black coloured full sleeve jogging shirt, black sports half-pant with three sided orange colour strips, black coloured underwear and black slippers.
If no one claims the body within 72-hour, then it will be disposed as per law, it added.
