ZB-AMN congratulates Zeliang

Zeliangrong Baudi, Assam, Manipur and Nagaland (ZB-AMN) has congratulated T R Zeliang, who has been sworn as the new Chief Minister of Nagaland today.
According to ZB-AMN, T R Zeliang is one of the most reliable leaders of Naga People's Front.
He is a former MP who represented Nagaland state in the Rajya Sabha.
Zeliang was given a cabinet berth in NPF led Democratic Alliance of Nagaland (DAN) Government and was put in charge of planning & coordination.
"It is worthwhile to mention that he is responsible to bring about the creation of full-fledge district of Peren, Nagaland and the road links from Peren district to N C Hills, Assam, and Tamenglong, Manipur," the ZB-AMN added.
It then said T.R Zeliang is the sitting MLA of Peren constituency, Nagaland, He is the first among the Zeliangrong community to attain the top post of Chief Ministership.
"He is the 'Son of the Zeliangrong's Soil'.
His people are living in three states of Assam, Manipur and Nagaland which estimated population of five lakhs.
They are represented by only 3 MLAs in Manipur, two MLAs in Nagaland and not even a single MLA in Assam," the ZB-AMN added.
"Today is the historic and happiest moment for the Zeliangrong people and we are profoundly proud to see him in this top position in the helm of Nagaland political affairs.
We are sure that under his able leadership there will be sea changed in Naga Community in general and Zeliangrong community in particular.
We wish and pray that God's abundance blessing will be with him as the new responsibility is shouldered upon," the ZB-AMN said.
