AMPTA appeals for pay before X-mas

Imphal, December 18 2013:
Pointing out that the State Cabinet in its meetings held on July 20 and 21, 2013 had given approval for post creation of 498 Primary Teacher and 130 Hindi Primary Teacher, All Manipur Primary Teachers Association (AMPTA) 2011, Manipur has alleged that due to the negligence of the concerned bureaucrats that has led to withholding of the order for post re-allocation, teachers have not been received their due salaries since August.
In a statement, the AMPTA demanded strict action be taken up against the negligent bureaucrats and appealed to release the due salaries of teachers before the ensuing Christmas festival.
