Kasom Khullen School yearns for Govt help

School Management and Development Committee (SMDC), Kasom Khullen High School has drawn the attention of the department concerned, Ministers and Director of Education (S) to take up immediate arrangements to solve the problem of lack of teaching staffs in the school.
In a statement, the committee pointed out that at present, there are only eight teachers in the School which has more than 400 students and due to shortage of teachers, ten private teachers were appointed by Village Authority to ensure smooth functioning of the school.
The statement further informed that the committee had approached the Government regarding the matter several times but no concrete response has been given so far.
In fact, the government school has been running by the local authority of the School by collecting a sum of Rs 1000 each each of the family for the last two-three years, the statement added.
