Dr Nara slams

President of the All India Trade Union Congress (AITUC), Manipur, Dr M Nara has claimed that the poor people of the country are finding it hard to survive due to the rule of the NDA Government which seems to care only for the rich people.
He made the statement during a protest meeting against "4 years of NDA's anti-people economic policy and communalisation" and to work towards unity and struggle of peoples' rights organised by Meeyamgee Hakki Ihou, Manipur, at GM Hall today.
Speaking at the event, Dr M Nara said that the protest has been organised as a part of a Nationwide protest against the anti-people policy and communalisation by the Narendra Modi led Government.
Asking if the Narendra Modi Government has provided even one lakh each to the people although it made high claims of depositing Rs 15 lakh to the accounts of the people by bringing back black money, Nara said that demonetisation caused immense hardship to the people and some even lost their lives during the period.
Narendra Modi's Government is a corporate Government, he claimed and added that Modi's party contest election with funding from rich people and companies.
Drawing similarities between Germany in the time of Adolf Hitler and the present India, Nara claimed that the way in which Germany tried to conquer every country and Nation is reflected in the communal trend of the Narendra Modi led Government.
More than 700 communal riots took place ever since Narendra Modi Government came to power four years ago, he claimed.
Manipur Government Services Federation president Dr M Rajendro, Manipur Loumi Marup president N Singhajit, vice president Nongmaithem Thoiba and All India Youth Federation Manipur president K Somorjit were also present at the event.
