Many donate to CM CRF; LIC to RIMS

Imphal, June 18 2021:
Different organisations and individuals continue to donate to the Chief Minister's Covid-19 Relief Fund.
Among the donors, DIET Employees' Association contributed Rs 3,00,000; Manipur Finance Service Officers' Association Rs 2,00,000; Bir Tikendrajit University Rs 51,000; and Havildar N Nilbir Roy of 3rd IRB, Khangabok donated Rs 40,000 to the Relief Fund.
The Chief Minister has expressed his profound gratitude to them for their generosity.
Meanwhile, Life Insurance Corporation of India, as a part of its CSR activities, donated 225 PPE kits to Regional Institute of Medical Sciences on Friday.
LIC Imphal branch manager L Lhouvum handed over the PPE kits to RIMS medical superintendent Prof H Priyoshakhi Devi.
The Medical Superintendent thanked the officials of LIC of India for the donations.
The handing over of PPE kits was attended by RIMS assistant MS Dr Y Arunkumar Singh, LIC Imphal Branch assistant manager Kh Suchitra Devi among others.
