Two geologists from Manipur clear Combined Geo-Scientists Exam 2020

Imphal, July 31 2021:
Two young geologists from Manipur have qualified in the Combined Geo-Scientists Examination 2020, conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) .
The result of the said exam was declared today.
Out of 79 candidates selected in this exam Nganaomi Khangrah and Mirinsing Angkang of Manipur secured 67th and 68th ranks respectively.
Nganaomi Khangrah is the son of Tuisem Khangrah and Mayophy Khanghah of Shihai Village, Urkhul and he completed his graduation from Hansraj College, Delhi University and MSc Tech from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and Mirinsing Angkang son of Ramyo Angkang and Amanah Angkang of Sinakeithei Village of Urkhul and he did his graduation from DM College of Science, Imphal and MSc Tech from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, said a press release by Manipur Geo-Scientist, a geoscience community for the professionals and academician.
Congratulating the successful candidates the community said that they have brought laurels to the State by cracking the examination with their hard work, dedication and perseverance and maintain that they will inspire other youths of the State.
