KSA threatens ban on Little Rose Hr Sec School

Kangleipak Students' Association (KSA) on Thursday threatened to ban the Little Rose Higher Secondary School, Canchipur, a CBSE affiliated school, if the school authorities fail to come to the office of the association by 1 pm of February 27 .
Talking to reporters at the association office, academic and community affairs secretary of KSA, Sukham Bidyananda said the CBSE affiliated schools in the State have created problems in the past few years.
Seeking detailed official records of the school, a team of KSA volunteers met the Principal of Little Rose Higher Secondary School, Amusana Zoute on February 23, but he told the team to meet one official of the school named Soyeb from Porompat in connection with the enquiry.
However, Soyeb showed unclear records of the school, he claimed.
He said the school has 121 students who are to appear the CBSE conducted Class X exam 2015 .
The school-however, has given admit cards to 133 students for the exam.
This, he, said includes some students from other schools which are attached to it.
Bidyananda said the school still has to give admit cards to 680 students for the board exam.
A total of 880 students from the school are to give the upcoming Central Board Class XII exam, he said, adding only seven of them have not yet got their admit cards.
HRD School, Phayeng and N G Mani Higher Secondary School, Khurai are attached to the school.
Official representatives of the Little Rose Higher Secondary School authority failed to come to the KSA office on Wednesday to discuss the matter on Thursday, he said.
"If the school authorities fail again to come to the office by 1 pm of February 27, KSA will ban the school," he warned.
