Relief assistance extended to needy

Imphal, June 18 2021:
Lok Sabha MP RK Ran-jan distributed relief items to 80 families of Kabui community residing in Langthabal Chingthak on Friday.
The handing over of relief items to Langthabal Chingthak Rongmei Club volunteers was attended by MSME national board member Robin Blackie and BJP Manipur Pradesh vice president N Nimbus among others.
Social activist Dr Alyson Abonmai along with Ching Tam Women Development Association also provided edible items to 110 households of daily wage earners in Wangbal Mayai Leikai.
For the fifth time, social worker Khagokpam Khamba distributed essential items to 356 households in 25 localities and four clubs in Khurai assembly constituency.
Meanwhile, Naoriya Pakhanglakpa ex-MLA RK Anand, who is also BJP Manipur Pradesh executive member, extended essential items and monetary aid to Community Home Isolation Centre set up at Kamakhya Pemton College, Hiyangthang.
He also arranged dinner for the inmates staying at the CHIC.
Apunba Lup Ningthoukhong along with Covid-19 Task Force Committee Ningthoukhong distributed edibles to 80 households in Ningthoukhong Municipal Council area that have been notified as containment zone while Covid 19 Task Forces of Wangjing Sorokhaibam Leikai provided a day's meal to Covid patients who are staying in Community Home Isolation Centre set up at Wangjing High School and Lalit Madhop Higher Secondary School, Khongjom.
Similarly, Social worker Mayengbam Ranjit of Wabagai Tera Urak provided lunch to inmates of CHIC set up at Wabagai High School and Wabagai Awang Leikai.
As a part of Seva Hi Sangathan phase-II, BJP Manipur Pradesh former vice president Thokchom Jadumani distributed edible items to 150 families of Khumanthem Leikai, Sangaiyumpham and Khangabok which have been notified as virus zone.
