Veterinary Dispensary inaugurated at Saparmeina

A Veterinary Dispensary office under Autonomous District Council Sadar Hills has been inaugurated and dedicated to the people at Sapormeina today.
The Veterinary Dispensary office was inaugurated by Haokholal Hangshing, Chairman Autonomous District Council Sadar Hills in the presence of Lunthang Haokip, Executive Member, (Vety.& Medical), ADC Sadar Hills and Chongpu Kipgen, MCS, Chief Executive Officer, ADC Sadar Hills while Pastor Lunlam Kipgen, EBCCF, Sapormeina dedicated it.
The inauguration cum dedication programme was attended by Haokholal Hangshing, Chairman ADC Sadar, Lunthang Haokip, EM,(Vety.&Med.), ADC Sadar Hills and Chongpu Kipgen, MCS, CEO-SHADC as Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and Functional President respectively.
Tingneilhing Hangshing, wife of Haokholal Hangshing; Seisat Kipgen, EM(Town, Office Adm., Transport), ADC Sadar Hills; Vikas Bhujel, EM; Bonthaolung, EM; Vety.Dept.staffs; Sapormeina and Saitu-Gamphajol area village chief; Sapormeina Women Organization and the general public.
While appreciating Seijamang, Chief of Sapormeina for donating the land for constructing Veterinary Dispensary office, Haokholal Hangshing said that development can come only when the people are united and have the attitude of understanding one another.
He also said that human being and domestic animals like Cow, buffalo, dog, cat, duck, chicken, etc.
cannot be separated specially among the Hills(tribal) peoples and added that animal should be kept healthy.
Lunthang Haokip, EM(Vety.&Med.), ADC Sadar Hills urged the general public and staffs of Vety.Dept.as well as the ADC Sadar Hills authority to look after the dispensary for its long run and benefits for the general public.
Chongpu Kipgen gave a background history of the newly inaugurated Vety.
Dispensary office.
SAVO and SGAVO as well as Saparmeina Women Organization lauded ADC Sadar Hills for its efforts in inaugurating such an important public property for areas appealed for more developmental works in the areas.
