Popular Front hails order of Jharkhand High Court

Chairman of Popular Front of lndia E Abu Backer has welcomed the order of Jharkhand High Court which has revoked the earlier decision of Jharkhand Government of banning the activities of the organization in the State, said a statement issued by the organization.
He also alleged that the observation made by the High Court has exposed communal and fascist agenda of BJP Government in Jharkhand which has circumvented all the procedures to ban the organization u/s 16 of CLA Act while adding that the ban notice of the Government violated the principles of natural justice and Article 19 of the Indian Constitution.
In the statement, it is also mentioned that Government has failed to produce any evidence material to justify its decision.
The Jharkhand High Court judgment is a major setback of the State Government and the order by the bench led by Rongon Mukhopadhyay upholds the spirit of the Constitution, added the statement.
