Tailoring course

Imphal, February 15 2018:
A four month tailoring and cutting skill development programme, organised by the Northern Manipur Building Worker's Union, Koirengei Keithel, wrapped up at Chief Minister N Biren's residence at Luwangshangbam Mamang Leikai today.
The skill development programme was sponsored by Manipur Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board and Department of Labour, Manipur.
The wife of the CM, N (O) Hiyainu, Manipur Building and Other Construction Workers's Welfare Board member, H Memi, Imphal East Zilla Parishad Adhyaksha P Bimola, Manipur Building and Other Construction Worker's Welfare Board chairman S Preshyojit, Deputy Labour Commissioner P Sana, MSCB's Managing Director A Subhash, Manipur Rural Bank Senior Manager K Sunder attended the event as the chief guest, president and guests of honour respectively.
Around 500 individuals from 10 skill development centres of Heingang Kendra took part in the skill development programme and 66 selected individuals (from among the 500 participants) were given certificates during today's closing ceremony.
