SUK appeals to BSEM

Students' Union of Kangleipak (SUK) has appealed to the authorities of Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BSEM) to make special arrangement for the students of Sawombung High School for appearing their back papers in the ensuing HSLC Examination.
Talking to media persons at the office of SUK here today, its President Jayentakumar Khuman said that 28 students of Sawombung High School, who are to appear back papers in the coming HSLC Examination, have not received their admit cards as the school authorities failed to submit their necessary documents to BSEM.
The examination is due to begin from February 20.The students would feel demoralized if they lose an academic year simply because of the negligence of the school authorities.
Moreover, the school authorities cannot give concrete reasons for not submitting their documents to the Board.
He appealed to the authorities of BSEM to take up special measures for enabling the 28 students of Sawombung High School to appear in the HSLC Examination.
