Imphal, December 05:
The State Home Department today failed to submit its report pertaining to the details on whether the State Government had dispatched the State Assembly resolutions on safeguarding the territorial integrity of Manipur to the Centre before the C Upendra Commission of Inquiry today.
The state government counsel sought extension of time for submitting the report on December 13 citing the absence of the official in-charge of keeping the files as he is on leave.

The Counsel on behalf of the Police Department will continue his final arguments at 1.30 pm tomorrow.
