Imphal, January 22 2010:
The proscribed KCP-MC has called upon all to unite together for a 'final war of independence' to overthrow the alien rule.
A statement issued by the outfit's military affairs secretary Lanheiba Meitei iterated that the party believed in the collective strength of the people and that no revolutionary movement succeeded without people's participation.
In the last 50 years, no Indian leaders treated the people of Manipur as their citizens.
They viewed the people of Manipur as subjects under their rule, it alleged.
The people of Manipur know this.
But what is surprising is the silence of the vast majority against the alien rule.
Pointing out that Manipur had its own territory, political system, its own tradition and rituals, language and history, the outfit asserted that the people of Manipur need not fear any enemy.
People would never forget the Shillong Accord of October 15, 1949, it said while calling upon the people to boycott the Republic Day celebration totally.
As for the party, its armed wing Kangleipak Fingang Lanmee (KFL) has launched numerous attacks on security forces and Government agents event to the extent of planting bombs inside the Raj Bhavan complex since the party took birth on August 3, 2007 .
Moreover, many collaborators of the security forces have been awarded capital punishment, it said.
Saying that the outfit's foremost task is to lead the people as vanguards in the liberation struggle, it declared that intense armed campaign would be launched against the alien rule.
Any liberation movement demands sacrifice of many lives.
In a genuine liberation, there are only two wayseither sacrificing one's life or achieving liberation.
It's time to learn from the comrades who have fell in the liberation struggle in order to tread on the right path of the liberation movement.
To achieve the goal of liberation, KCP-MC need to grow as a revolutionary party acceptable to the whole world and its armed wing the most valiant and determined army.
Thinking KCP as a small party because of the existing factions is a concept of those who do not understand the revolutionary movements of the world.
All revolutionary movements faces vicissitudes in the course of time, it asserted.
It's time to calculate the percentage of revolutionary cadres ready to sacrifice their lives in the battle as well as the number of people who support the liberation move ment so that a decisive battle can be launched.
In the same manner Kabow Valley was gifted away to Burma in 1953, Govt of India may give away Manipur to a neighbouring nation at any point of time.
The only means to save Manipur from such possibility is to wrest complete independence from India, it asserted.
The political destiny of Manipur should be decided by the people of Manipur, not by New Delhi.
For this, the bourgeoise intellectual educated in Indian cities should be mobilised and turn them into revolutionary intellectuals.
Together with the revolutionary intellectuals, the revolutionary cadres need to march ahead and lead the people.
To regain the lost sovereignty of Manipur, all the people need to don the role of revolutionary cadres for a final battle with the alien forces, it asserted.
