CM's Health for All launched at Bishnupur

State Mission Director of National Health Mission, Dr N Shyamjai Singh launched "CM's Health for All" for Bishnupur district at Ibudhou Loktak Maru Community Hall at Phubala under Moirang Assembly Constituency, today.
The CM's Health for All programme was launched by Chief Minister N Biren Singh on October 14 as a part of Azaadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav.
At the launch function, Dr Shyamjai said that door-to-door health screening for non communicable diseases and three types of cancer would be carried out under the scheme.
Saying that some command centres have also been opened to assist the officials carrying out the door to door screening, he added that people can also give their suggestion to the District Programme Manager to implement the scheme productively.
He also appealed to the people of Bishnupur who haven't got PMJAY and CMHT cards to submit their documents to avail the health care benefit being provided by the Centre and the State Government.
Dr Shyamjai concluded by seeking cooperation from the people to effectively implement the CM Health for All scheme.
CMO Bishnupur Dr N Gyaneshore said that initiating such a scheme at Phubala and Thinungei Health and Wellness Centres is welcome and urged the staff concerned to play their part diligently.
Under this scheme, people can now screen for chronic diseases with ease and get medical attention on time, the CMO said and sought cooperation from the local bodies, CSOs etc.
Today, door to door screening for non communicable diseases was also carried out for areas under the jurisdiction of Phubala and Thinungei Health and Wellness Centres.
The programme organised by National Health Mission Bishnupur was also attended by Phubala GP Pradhan N Ranjit, State Nodal Officer of NPCDCS Dr Premchand.
