Imphal, December 17 2014:
IFCD Minister Ngamthang Haokip has called upon all the people of the State to live united as members of a single family not withstanding all the boun-dary disputes that exist in areas where the hill areas meet the valley.
The Minister today unveiled a commemorative stone christened Amazing Love Stone at the Bethel Prayer Mountain of Kholep village, Sadar Hills.
The commemorative stone has a statue of Jesus Christ engraved on it.
The stone stands 16 feet high and is three feet wide at the base.
The commemorative stone was dedicated to the lord by Rev Seikhoiet Singson.

Speaking at the occasion, Minister Ngamthang Haokip said that L Tangnuam village is a very beautiful village, gifted by god.
He then appealed to all concerned not to sow seeds of hatred or dispute over land.
Even though there are many disputes at hill-valley junctions, all these disputes can be settled peacefully and amicably.
People should be always wary of anti-social elements.
There are land records with the Government and there is also a boundary committee.
So all these disputes can be settled collectively and peacefully, Ngamthang Haokip said.
