Briefing media persons during an executive meeting of BJP Thangmeiband Mandal at the residence of Jyotin Waikhom at Thangmeiband today, A Sharda urged the party workers to clearly intimate the people of the work done by the BJP.
The party has delivered many of the promises given during the last Assembly elections to the people, she added.

On Covid, Sharda said that Delhi and certain States have returned to normalcy due to mass vaccination of the people.
She then urged the party workers to spread awareness on the benefit of getting vaccinated to the masses.
What the BJP wants is to leave behind a better Manipur for our posterity, she said.
Work Minister Th Biswajit also spoke at the event and declared that Constituencies having BJP MLAs will see development.
Saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visioning to build a new and better India, he added, 'We should also strive for a new Manipur' .
BJP State executive member Jyotin Waikhom, on the other hand, said that people of Thangmeiband vividly remember how certain politicians from the AC left BJP to join Congress some time back.
Saying that politics is not for temperamental individuals, he added that the sitting MLA of Thangmeiband aspiring to join BJP again is rather embarrassing.
If he indeed wants to join BJP then he must resign as an MLA first, Jyotin added.
