CM notes meals arranged by Bazar Community for inmates of CCCs

Imphal, June 10 2021:
Chief Minister N Biren Singh today visited Dharamshala at Thangal Bazar and inspected the arrangement of meals to be provided to different hospitals and Covid Care Centres in the State.
Milan Enterprises, Thangal Bazar has been sponsoring meals provided by Bazar community to over thousand inmates undergoing treatment at different Covid Care Centres for over 10 days.
The Chief Minister was moved on seeing the arrangement made by the volunteers and expressed his gratitude to Milan Enterprises and Bazar community for voluntarily coming out and providing humanitarian service in this crucial time of COVID-19 pandemic.
He also stressed on the need to join hands and work together to fight the pandemic successfully.

N Biren Singh was accompanied by CAF & PD Minister Thokchom Satyabrata and Advisor to Chief Minister (Health) Dr Sapam Ranjan in the visit.
From there, the Chief Ministerial team headed to Porompat to take stock of the ongoing work carried out to instal a 20 KL Liquid Medical Oxygen Cryogenic Storage Tank.
The CM instructed the officials concerned to speed up the construction work as the storage tank is likely to reach the State in a couple of days.
Chairman, Loktak Development Authority L Susindro and Principal Secretary V Vumlunmang also took part in the visit.
Later, the Chief Minister inspected the foundation work in progress for constructing a District Hospital, Imphal East at Kyamgei Mayai Leikai under Keirao Assembly Constituency.
He instructed the implementing agency to complete the foundation work before the monsoon arrives and asked MLA Keirao AC L Rameshwor to closely monitor the ongoing works.
