AMSU all set to observe 49th Hunger Marchers' Day

Informing that all necessary preparations have been made for the observance of 49th Hunger Marchers' Day successfully tomorrow, All Manipur Students' Union (AMSU) has appealed to all concerned to stop all kind of entertainment programmes on the day.
In a press meet at its head office here, Th Naresh, president of AMSU, informed that the observance will start with offering of floral tributes at the memorial of the student martyrs at Pishum Chinga and it would be followed by a rally from Pishum Chinga up to DM College where remaining events of the observance will be held.
He said that volunteers of the Union will be loading fuel from PCTC oil pump for vehicles including buses and Tata Magic to be used in connection with the observance function and appealed to the people to give co-operation in this regard.
He also appealed to all clubs and civil society organizations to take part in the observance function and make it a grand success.
