AJUCA sets ultimatum for inauguration of completed infrastructure

The All Jiribam United Club Association (AJUCA) has set an ultimatum for the inauguration of completed infrastructure of 50 Bedded hospital, Ningsingkhul; Super Market, Jiribam Bazar; Police Station, Boro Bekra; Sport Complex, Bidyanagar and ITI, Kadamtala, Jiribam.
The Association, during a press meet held today at its office urged the concerned authority to inaugurate the completed infrastructure mentioned above between December 12 to January 12 next year.
Addressing the press meet, the president of AJUCA M.Maipaksana Mangang said that the government of Manipur spent some crores of rupees for the development of infrastructure of Jiribam, however after the completion of construction works, the infrastructure was not yet handed over to the people to reap the benefit of all these facilities.
He added that if inauguration of infrastructure remains pending for a longer time, then repairing works costing lakhs of rupees will cost subsequently.
It is wastage of public money.
The President of AJUCA also appealed to the chief Minister of Manipur as well as Local MLA of Jiribam for the inauguration of completed developmental infrastructure of Jiribam within the stipulated days in the greater interest of general public of Jiribam.
