Kiran Bedi unveils 2nd "Aryans Super-50" for NE students

Dr Kiran Bedi, the first woman IPS Officer of India, today declared 2nd year of 'Aryans Super 50' scholarship plan for the students of North East studying in the Chandigarh based Aryans Group of Colleges at GM Hall here today.
"Aryans Super 50" is a scholarship plan under which needy and deserving candidates would get scholarship for studying various courses at Aryans.
Dr Bedi also launched Toll free Helpline 1800-30000-388 through which students can get themselves registered and get information regarding Scholarships.
Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges presided over the event.
Dr Bedi, while addressing audience, said that she was pleased to honour Aryans students for developing "Aryans Android App" and "Life Saving Glove" in Chandigarh.
This shows that at Aryans, students are not only studying but also doing innovations.

Dr Anshu Kataria said that Aryans' association with Kiran Bedi has entered its 5th year.
This idea of "Super 50" was inspired by Dr Kiran Bedi last year when she visited Guwahati and Imphal for Aryans event.
He added that around 35-40 North East students are studying at Aryans in various courses.
They are doing well not only in academics but in all other fields also.
Himanshu, Coordinator, Aryans Group said that the scholarship will be doled out purely on merit cum means basis.
A part of the scholarship will be paid by Aryans, a part will be paid by a bank and the remaining will be borne by the students.
Amanpreet and Nitin also told that the Scholarships will be given in different courses like B.Tech, MBA, BBA, BCA, BA, B.Com, B.Ed, Nursing, Polytechnic, +1(Non Medical) etc.

He added that the entire process of selection will continue till 30th July.
Established in 2007, Aryans campus is located on Chandigarh-Patiala highway, near Chandigarh and has lush green 20 acres pollution free campus.
Aryans Group has been serving the educational and intellectual interests of the youth in a commendable manner.
The group is running Management College, Engineering College, Education College, Nursing College and Junior Science College (+1 & +2 Non Medical) .
