Reacting against the consent given by the President of India to pass ordinance on National Food Security Bill, which is to be implemented only in the Congress ruled States of the country from August, BJP has submitted an open letter to the President.
Informing this while talking to media at its Nityaipat Chuthek office here today, L Basanta Sharma, Secretary (Media Affairs) of BJP, Manipur State Unit, informed that the open letter was submitted to the President of India yesterday.
