MLA RK Imo seeks public support to WoD

Sagolband MLA RK Imo opened a new showroom of the Bangladesh-based global furniture brand 'Hatil' at Sagolband Tera Amudon Akhatn Leikai, here, Thursday.
Speaking on the occasion, the MLA called for public support in the government's War on Drugs (WoD) mission, stating that the government alone cannot achieve the target of a drug free state.
He also said that the government is taking up the mission for the society, its youth and their future.
Apart from the government and MLAs, the mission also needs the support and participation from department officials, CSOs, Meira Paibi organisations, local clubs and especially parents, he added.
Regarding the new showroom, which is the third showroom of Hatil brand in the state, the MLA expressed optimism that the quality products and design range of Hatil furniture will draw attention of the people.
Having three showrooms of the brand in the state shows its popularity, he said while expressing happiness on learning that the showroom is also offering customised design to its customers.
Imphal Municipal Corporation former councillor of Ward No 7 RK Jiten, Hatil director Md Mijanur Rahman, K3 Horizon managing partner K Ranjan, and Steel Decor managing director L Bheigyabati also attended the programme.
