Raj Medicity increases Covid beds

Imphal, May 09 2021:
Raj Medicity is set to upgrade its intake capacity for treatment of Covid patients by increasing number of beds to 100 which include 25 ICU beds.
Out of the 100 beds, the hospital will set aside five seats for frontline workers, who will be treated free of cost.
Chairman & managing director of Raj Medicity, Haobam Rajen Singh, while thanking the state government for its support to the hospital, appealed to all who are eligible for vaccination to get vaccinated at the earliest and to follow SOPs.
Rajen also urged the general public to approach the hospital as early as possible when the SpO2 level is below 94 per cent (room air) or started having breathing problems.
He then appealed to all to join hands together to make Manipur a Covid-free state.
