KCP (MC) imposes indefinite ban on Catholic Schools

Banned KCP (MC) has enforced an indefinite ban on all Catholic Schools from functioning in Manipur for 'failing to conform to the sincere proposal of the outfit and the public.' In a statement, Paikhoiba Meitei, secretary, information & publicity, military affairs, KCP (MC) said the outfit has launched a new "Operation Mangal" against the prevalent admission, tuition fees, selection of students and reservation norms in all schools with an objective to shape a fabulous society.
It said all Catholic Schools in the State have been banned indefinitely by the outfit for 'ignoring sincere suggestion of the outfit and the public.' The statement said the central security committee (CSC) of the group recently held a crucial meeting which decided to counteract the 'neo-imperialist India's diluted education system (DES).' The operational guide of the Operation Mangal aims to fulfill the right to compulsory education policy, KCP (MC) said and warned that if any untoward incident happens, the managing committee of all Mission Schools will be responsible for that.
