Imphal, August 26 2019: Principal of Saina Institute of Medical Sciences Athokpam Right Kumari of Lamsang Thong Maning has been selected among the 11 record holders selected for 'Future Kalams Book of Records' and 'Universal Achievers Book of Records' .

She was selected, during a function held yesterday at PSB Hall, Chennai, for carving out 27 Meitei Mayek figures on the tip of a pencil (14 mm long and 2 mm ), 26 English alphabet on the tip of 7 mm long and 1 mm wide pencil and English numeric (1 to 100) on the tip of 3.2 cm long and 0.2 cm wide pencil, apart from her immense contributions for the society.

The Universal Tamil University, Tamil Nadu recognised her contributions and Chancellor of the varsity presented a 'Doctorate in Record Breaking' as Honoris Causa.

Athokpam Right Kumari, w/o Soibam James has received many National awards and this year she received several prestigious awards including 2nd National Iconic Personality Award 2019 conferred by Purwar Foundation, NRB Foundation's International Indian Bestize Award 2019, Crown Curiosity's Pride of the Nation Award 2019, Indraprastha Educational Research & Charitable Trust's Iconic Personality of India 2019, Indraprastha Educational Research & Charitable Trust's India's Rising Star Awards 2019 .

Other awards include India Star Passion Award 2019 presented by India Star Book of Records, Asia Award 2019 conferred by Amir Satya Foundation and Smart Indian 2019 of Score More Foundation.
