Covid-19 active cases fall to 11

Imphal, October 14 2022: With government bulletins reporting two recoveries and no new cases from out of 171 samples tested in the last 24 hours on Friday, the number of active cases of Covid-19 in the state has come down to 11 .

Out of the 11 active cases, 8 are in home isolation.

No death case was reported in the last 24 hours and the toll stands at 2149 including seven CAPF personnel.

So far, the virus has infected 1,39,835 individuals including 5,022 CAPF personnel.

In the last 24 hours, 626 vaccine doses were administered and it took the cumulative number of vaccinated population to 16,45,499, out of which 13,29,659 had received the second dose and 2,70,529 precautionary doses.

As per data maintained by The People's Chronicle based on IDSP and CCR reports, number of total cases in different districts are Imphal West (49827), Imphal East (32040), Thoubal (10295), Churachandpur (11287), Kangpokpi (3185), Tamenglong (3497), Bishnupur 9980), Senapati (2547), Ukhrul (3368), Kakching (6979), Chandel (2796), Noney (1173), Tengnoupal (1213), Jiribam (1118), Kamjong (1053), and Pherzawl (477) .

Fatality counts in different districts are Imphal West (712), Imphal East (517), Thoubal (192), Churachandpur (169), Kangpokpi (70), Tamenglong (17), Bishnupur (206), Senapati (13), Ukhrul (52), Kakching (124), Chandel (43), Noney (5), Tengnoupal (17), Jiribam (7), Kamjong (5), and Pherzawl (0) .
