Homage paid to Dr Susheel Kumar

Imphal, June 12 2014:
Lt Col Sunil Kumar MS, the Officiating Commandant of 41 Assam Rifles alongwith the other staff and Medical professionals from the State Health Service paid homage to Dr Susheel Kumar, who passed away on 11 Jun 14 at Tusom, in a ceremony held at Somsai garrison.
Dr Susheel Kumar, aged 34 yrs was the medical officer from Chingai PHC.

He was a member of the medical team from Ukhrul District Health Mission Society, who had joined the medical team of the Assam Rifles for the Mega Medical Camp at New Tusom.
The sad demise of the medical officer, who had volunteered for a noble cause is a setback for the rural health service of the state, PRO IGAR (S) said in a statement.
Major General Rajeev Chopra, IG AR (South) expressed his condolences to the family of the departed soul, the statement added.
