PPC greets D Gangmei

Imphal, August 25 2020: The president and members of the People's Progressive Council (PPC), Manipur have congratulated Dipu Gangmei of Gaidimjang Khoupum Valley, Noney district on his acquirement of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).

The council in its statement expressed gratefulness to the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the timely conferment of the entitlement to the candidate belonging to Zeliangrong tribe/community.

D Gangmei has been serving as Manipur Civil Service (MCS) officer in the capacity of Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Ukhrul till present.

The people of Manipur, specially Zeliangrong people wishes D Gangmei the best and hopes he would extend ability and extra mile in service to the people in near future.
