Imphal, April 13 2009:
The Kangleipak Communist Party-Military Council (KCP-MC) has lifted the ban that was imposed upon the Congress party and its workers following a minute discussion by the KCP-MC Central Security Council (CSC) .
Conveying this, Lanheiba Meitei, the Secretary of Military Affairs of the KCK-MC said in a press statement that the party will not prohibit voters from voting candidate of their choice in the coming Parliamentary election.
The statement also urged all to conduct the election without any apprehension while wishing the people to elect an able candidate.
At the same time, the KCP-MC statement also greets the people on the 29th anniversary of the outfit while also paying revolutionary salutes to its founding departed leaders like, Pajihan Paji Ibopishak and Pajiyaima Ibohanbi, and the outfit's army, Kangleipak Feengang Lanmee (KFL) .
