CM inspects Capitol Project

Imphal, November 16 2011:
Chief Minister O Ibobi Singh today conducted a minute inspection of the State Assembly building, which is being conducted as part of the larger Capitol Project and scheduled to be inaugurated by the Prime Minister ahead of enforcement of code of conduct of the upcoming election to the 10th Manipur Legislative Assembly.
During the inspection, the Chief Minister expressed resentment over the sub-standard microphones fitted in the Assembly hall and gave necessary instruction to the accompanying officials for replacing them with better and hi-tech microphones imported from abroad.

Minister of Works K Ranjit and Speaker of Manipur Legislative Assembly I Hemochandra and other Engineers of PWD accompanied the Chief Minister during the inspection today.
