Mobile Court organised

As a part of the National Lok Adalat, mobile Court was organised at Jiribam from 9 am to 2 pm today .
Committee for National Lok Adalat, Jiribam, Chairman, Janggoulen Haokip, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jiribam, Members, Advocate S Gopendra Singh, APP, Jiribam and Advocate I Inaobi Devi participated in the mobile Court in which 46 cases were settled and Rs 4600 were recovered .
Speaking to media persons, Para Legal Volunteer Priyokumar Maisnam said that the mobile Court was organised as a part of National Lok Adalat, specially to check vehicle documents, licenses, registration, helmet rules and traffic regulations etc .
He also pointed out that the absence of a DTO in the district has led to various inconveniences for the people .
All Manipur Auto Rickshaw Owners and Drivers Association (AJARODA) general secretary K Mani Singh said that there has been no plan to establish a DTO in the district despite repeated appeals to the State Government.
