Zodawn Mobile Clinic to open today

The Ropiang Foundation Trust is all set to launch 'Zodawn Mobile Clinic' in partnership with GAIL (India) Limited tomorrow at its office at Churachandpur.
The clinic will provide healthcare facilities to the people of 12 pre-identified villages that are devoid of PHC facilities.
The clinic will be manned by a Doctor, a nurse, a pharmacist and a lab technician.
The required staff have already been engaged by the foundation.
It will offer free facilities including consultation and medication to orphans, widows, old-age, differently-abled, and children below the age of 5, while the rate for others will be nominal and below NRHM rates, said Lamgoumang Guite, secretary RFT.
The clinic will conduct regular diagnosis; immunization; urine tests; regular and routine check-ups; prescription renewal; advanced referral; treatment of minor ailments; and help manage chronic ailments, he added.
The clinic will be formally launched tomorrow by the Principal Secretary Department of Health and Family Welfare Vumlunmang Vualnam, in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Churachandpur, Pawan Yadav at 1 pm .
