Three more infected with Covid

Imphal, September 23 2022:
Government bulletins on Friday reported three new cases-of Covid-19 from Imphal West district out of 201 samples tested in the last 24 hours with a positivity rate of 1.5 per cent.
With no recovery reported on Friday, number of active cases rose to 29 out of which 17 are in home isolation.
There are 38 vacant beds available in JNIMS and 62 in RIMS.
No death case was reported in the last 24 hours and the toll stands at 2148 including seven CAPF personnel.
So far, the virus had infected 1,39,803 individuals including 5,022 CAPF personnel.
In the last 24 hours, 408 D-type and 56 B-type oxygen cylinders have been made available to different health facilities and 1340 vaccine doses administered that increased the cumulative number of vaccinated population to 16,41,569, out of which 13,21,887 had received the second dose and 2,62,277 precautionary doses.
As per data maintained by The People's Chronicle based on IDSP and CCR reports, number of total cases in different districts are Imphal West (49815), Imphal East (32034), Thoubal (10293), Churachandpur (11285), Kangpokpi (3184), Tamenglong (3497), Bishnupur (9978), Senapati (2547), Ukhrul (3366), Kakching (6976), Chandel (2794), Noney (1173), Tengnoupal (1211), Jiribam (1118), Kamjong (1053), and Pherzawl (477) .
