Aid to be distributed

Imphal, May 14 2017:
Custom and Traditional Observation Committee has stated that it would distribute aids like bags, study materials, financial assistance to the children of widows below 30 years of age, on August 14, this year, as a part of its silver jubilee celebration, conveyed a press release issued today by the publicity secretary of the Committee.
It further stated that half of the benefit or 50 percent would be given to Keishamthong Kendra this year and widows whose husband were killed by security forces or in accidents are eligible for the assistance.
The form which cost Rs 500 can be procured from Meitei Layeng (Chingmeirong Khongnang Ani Karak, Assembly road), Nongmeibung Awang Palli shanglen, Paona Keithel Masjid road Indira lane or by contacting Human Resource Development office at 9615533737 and the last date of submission of the duly filled form is on or before July 10, it added.
