NPP condoles former MLA Vivek Raj

Deputy CM Y Joykumar and MLA N Kayisii condoled the sudden demise of Vivek Raj, former MLA Kshetrigao AC and General Secretary (National), NPP today.
Y Joykumar said in a message issued today that Vivek Raj was receiving treatment in Delhi for COVID-19 but had suffered a massive cardiac arrest today morning and subsequently succumbed to death.
He offered his condolences to the bereaved family and also shared their grief.
N Kayisii said Vivek Raj was a dedicated and efficient party leader and his untimely demise has left a big vacuum for NPP and for all the countrymen in general.
He prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace and also shared the grief of the bereaved family.
Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch also condoled the demise of Vivek Raj who is also a life member of IRCS.
Vivek Raj had a dynamic personality who was involved in various activities of the Red Cross movement during his lifetime, said a condolence message issued by IRCS.
His demise at a young age is not only a loss to the branch but to the Society at large, added the message.
