Deputy Inspector of School, ZEO Zone III Thoubal, N Rajen has opened an Atal Tinkering Laboratory (ATL) at Evergreen Flowers School, Thoubal Ningombam, today.
Speaking at the event, Director of Edulife India, Th Sanju said that similar laboratory has already been opened at KM Blooming School Khangabok and Slopeland Public School for Thoubal District.
Saying that 10 schools from the district have been selected for the project, he added that altogether 50 ATLs will be opened across the State.
Founder of Edulife India, Th Mritenjoy, Evergreen Flowers School's Headmaster, O Ibopishak and SMC's president, H Ibohal also took part in the lab opening ceremony.
Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL) is a programme run by Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) under NITI Aayog to foster curiosity and innovative mindset in young students across India to encourage research and innovation in schools across the country.
