Ukhrul, March 21 2023:
Aggrieved ex-FPS agents of 44-AC, Ukhrul have urged the State Government to release their pending margin money this month itself.
Ex-FPS agents also expressed their displeasure against the CAF & PD for alleged step motherly treatment.
According to them, they were appointed as FPS agents for the period 2019 to March 2022 but the CAF & PD is not releasing their pending margin money for 25 months (i.e from April 2020 to March 22) .
"In spite of our service to the public as FPS agents, our rights have been denied by delaying payment of margin money and transportation cost," they claimed.
They went on to claim that the special package for transporting PMGKAY rice during Covid-pandemic is also not yet paid.
Claiming that the current FPS agents have already received their margin money, the ex-FPS agents maintained that such step motherly treatment has to be viewed by all.
The ex-FPS agents have submitted a representation to the Ukhrul Deputy Commissioner to release their margin money and transportation cost.
