ADCTAT memo to Chief Minister

The Autonomous District Council Teacher's Association, ADCTA Tamenglong today submited a memorandum to the O Ibobi, Chief Minister of Manipur through Deputy Commissioner Tamenglong seeking immediate intervention to redress the grievances faced by the employees.
The memo signed by S.P Sohiampou, President, ADCTAT and its secretary Ningthouchapou Kamei General Secretary ADCTAT demanded immediate release of five months pending salaries from May to September 2011, release 14% DA arrears with 1st January 2001 to 30th June 2005 vide government order No.2/4/99-FD (PK) dated 20th July 2005 and demanding six months arrears of the revised six pay from 2010 to March 2011 .
The memo reminded the state government that if the grievances faced by the employees are not addressed immediately, the association will have no other option but to launch a series of agitation till the demands are fulfilled and the government will be held responsible for any eventualities arising out the agitation, the memo added.
